McManuel Energy Oil & Gad Limited was established in the year 1991, incorporated on 11th November 1992. The Company McManuel Energy Oil & Gas Ltd., is into Downstream sector of Oil & Gas, importation of Trucks, Spare parts and Heavy duty Equipment from Germany, Canada & United States of America. We are also into Haulage business with the acquisition of our fleet of Tanker Trucks which is being used for the movement of petroleum products, Chemicals and goods across the country for many of our clients in the oil sector. The company is retained by a number of industrial establishment and petroleum product marketers to carry their product to different destinations in Nigeria.
The Company has been re-positioned to take advantage of the deregulation and liberalization of the downstream sector of petroleum industry and the increasing favorable investment climate in the Country to venture into the marketing of petroleum products through its own outlet. This re-organization subsequently gave rise to the establishment of Oil & Gas Division.
To this end, the company acquired 4626 sq M2 Plot of land and Ultra Modern Petroleum Station situated at plot 87 BLK C Amuwo Odofin Industrial/Commercial Scheme Amuwo Odofin, along Oshodi – Apapa Expressway, Lagos.
Two other landed properties has also been acquired in the Eastern part of the country for subsequent development into filling station. Plans are also underway for partial/total acquisition of other existing independent marketer petrol station which will form the bedrock of network for an efficient distribution and marketing of petroleum product in Nigeria.
